How do I return or exchange my product?

No returns, no refund, no exchanges. In other words, you are stuck with good fortune. If your bell falls off while you are out riding... well didn't you attach it? No user error returns. If for any reason your bell is damaged due to shipping please contact wreckageindustrieslv@gmail.com or feel free to contact our 1-800 phone number that is not activated. No seriously though... contact us if the post office messes up.
Where can I send in my Wreckage story?

How long until receive my products?

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.
What is the Wreckie logo on the bell made of?

We would not put a sticker or a vinyl on an outdoor bell.... c'mon. This is lifelong protection. The Wreckie bell is a screen print on the bell. We fancy like that.
